The programme consists of three components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Urban redevelopment management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energy-related redevelopment management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neighborhood management for an inclusive community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is based on the \u201eIntegriertes Stadtteilentwicklungskonzepts Leipzig-Sch\u00f6nefeld (STEK Sch\u00f6nefeld)\u201c (Integrated Neighborhood Development Concept Leipzig-Sch\u00f6nefeld), published in 2016. The aim is to achieve sustainable development at an urban, economic and social level by pooling public and private commitment and investment activities. The Sch\u00f6nefeld neighborhood management team serves as a point of contact for all individuals and entities interested in making a positive impact in Sch\u00f6nefeld. This includes private individuals, non-profit organisations, initiatives, traders, and businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key issues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advising owners of unrenovated buildings and helping them to develop and implement strategies for the use or revitalisation of their properties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the revitalisation of vacant shops in renovated and partially renovated buildings in Gorkistra\u00dfe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support for the implementation of urban projects and urban development plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mediation and counselling, communication and networking between local actors, stabilisation of participation structures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advice and support for project organisers implementing an ESF European Social Fund project in the district on the basis of the area-based integrated action plan for Sch\u00f6nefeld (2016). (Cooperation partner: conAction*Political and Organisational Consultancy Johanna Hofmann; until 08\/2019)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Latest information on the following topics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Complex construction project Gorkistra\u00dfe<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The complex construction project for the fundamental extension of Gorkistra\u00dfe between Kohlweg and Ossietzkystra\u00dfe is nearing completion. Gorkistra\u00dfe will be completely renovated by the end of February 2025. Detailed information on the construction project can be found on the City of Leipzig&#8217;s Gorkistra\u00dfe page. It can be used to implement smaller projects in the Sch\u00f6nefeld urban renewal area that contribute to improve the district&#8217;s infrastructure as quickly and unbureaucratically as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sch\u00f6nefeld Neighborhood Management advises interested parties on the application process, organises the activities of the allocation committee and supports the City of Leipzig with the associated communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current deadlines for submitting applications for the Disposal Fund are 15\/03\/2025, 15\/05\/2025, 15\/07\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further information on the disposal fund is available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leipzig.de\/bauen-und-wohnen\/foerdergebiete\/schoenefeld\/verfuegungsfonds\/\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Office hours of the Sch\u00f6nefeld <\/em><em>Neighborhood Management<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The further upgrading and sustainable development of Sch\u00f6nefeld can only be achieved by working together. Numerous measures have already been implemented as part of the federal and state programme \u201e Wachstum und nachhaltige Erneuerung\u201c (Growth and Sustainable Renewal). A number of projects are currently being planned, prepared or implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions about these urban plans, as well as further ideas and suggestions, are received, collected and put up for discussion by the neighborhood management.
