The working group was commissioned by GIZ as part of the program \u201eInitiativen des Infrastrukturprogramms f\u00fcr die Ukraine. St\u00e4rkung der sozialen Infrastruktur f\u00fcr die Aufnahme von Binnenfl\u00fcchtlingen\u201c (IIPU), <em>Initiatives of the Infrastructure Program for Ukraine.
